  1. I’ve made this three times now and I’m thrilled with the results. The first time I wrecked it by heating the custard too much (now I stop at 182F and it’s perfect). The second time I used Chipits, which was all I had and it was pretty darn good. Then I got some Callebaut 54% chips and you can really tell the difference. It’s perfection. And so easy.
