Holiday menu 2019

It’s the second Christmas of ADAM BAKES and it’s going to be better than ever. I’ve brought back a few seasonal favourites, and am excited to introduce a few new holiday staples.

Candy cane palmiers – $4 each

Classic palmiers dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with candy cane bits

Gâteau Marjolaine – $15 each, serves 2 people.

Sticky toffee pudding bites – $2 each, or 6 for $10

Little rich date cakes filled with salted caramel.

Christmas cannelés – $4 each, 4 for $14, or 6 for $20.

Fruitcake financiers – $4 each

Better than all the other fruitcakes, I swear! All nuts and fruit, no filler. Topped with marzipan.

Frozen puff pastry – $8 for one block (approx. 400g).

Vegan option also available (made with Mad Faux Cheese cashew butter) – $9 each.

Soft glazed gingerbread – $3 each

Soft gingerbread tiles with notes of black pepper and a sugar glaze.
